By coming here, you’re probably curious about furniture or pens that I create. I have to be straightforward: I’ve been terrible about keeping the website up to date, but if you follow me at https://www.instagram.com/distinctivewoodworking/ you’ll see that I’ve got lots on the go, with lots of photos and activities.
As of today, mid-September 2019, i have a dozen artisan markets between now and Christmas including 613flea, 613 Flea Christmas, ETSY made in Ottawa, Cheerfully Made Saves Christmas, Freewheeling Curator (at the Shaw Centre no less !!! )

Lastly: I no longer teach seminars for Lee Valley Tools: After ten plus years of teaching, one of their Vice Presidents acted in a manner completely counter to all the norms and ethics I expected from the people who work at Lee Valley. Life is too short to work with an ethically challenged person and I chose to walk away rather than to tolerate her behaviour.
